FAQ

Do pre-orders sell out?

Yes, pre-orders sell out. We’re only given a limited quantity to offer for pre-order. When those are all bought, we typically don’t restock until after the release date. If you see something new that you absolutely want on release day, you should definitely pre-order it before it goes out of stock!

Do pre-ordered Magic or Pokemon cards include pre-release cards?

No. Pre-release and pre-ordered cards are two separate things. Pre-release cards are special cards provided to players at in-store “pre-release” events around two weeks before the release date.

How do Games Workshop pre-orders work?

Generally, the Friday night at Midnight two weeks before the release, preorders will go live. At that point, you can lock in your order and we will ship it out to you a few days prior to release so you can have it on or slightly after the release date.

Should I pre-order Games Workshop releases?

Yes! Games Workshop is always releasing new content and new miniatures. These can sell out fast, depending on the faction and product. For example, a Warhammer 40K Space Marines miniature set might sell out quickly. If you want to beat other players to these sets, you should pre-order Games Workshop’s releases.
