Cancellations:
You may request to cancel any order up until your order has shipped for a full refund by hitting the cancel button next to your order, located in your customer profile. If you do not have a customer profile or cannot find the order you wish to cancel, you may also contact us via our Online Support Form and selecting Online Support. 

Any refund is credited to your original form of payment, and can only be credited to your original form of payment. Refunds are typically processed within 3-5 business days, but may take longer depending on your bank. 

Flipside Gaming reserves the right to cancel your order due to incorrect pricing and inventory errors. Any orders cancelled for this reason will be done within 3 business days, and will be clearly communicated to the buyer via the email provided during checkout. Please Note: If you do not have an email registered to your order, you will not be notified of the reason for cancellation. 

Excessive cancellation requests may result in all future orders being automatically cancelled. Inappropriate comments, determined by Flipside Gaming, made during communication with Flipside Gaming customer support will result in all future orders being automatically cancelled. 

Flipside Gaming reserves the right to request additional information if a buyer's order has been flagged for potential fraud. If the buyer cannot provide the requested documentation within 5 days of the request, their order will be cancelled. Any personal information provided will only be viewed by our Fraud department, and will be destroyed upon approval determination.

Returns:
You can request a return on most items up until 30 days from the date of delivery. The item must be unopened and in the same condition that you received it in. If 30 days have gone by since delivery, or if the item is already opened, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

Non-returnable items include:

    • --All TCG Singles

    • --Pokemon TCGO Codes or other digital goods

    • --Any product that is opened, not in its original packaging, or is damaged / missing parts for any reason after delivery occurred

    • --Any item that’s delivery is over 30 days, unless specifically authorized

    If you believe your package is eligible, please use our contact form to request a return of your order. Flipside Gaming will provide a prepaid return label for all approved returns unless otherwise specified. Unless approved you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs. Flipside Gaming will not reimburse any buyer who purchases a return label of their own accord. If you pay for your own return, we strongly recommend using a tracked shipping method. 

    No restocking fee will be deducted for returns. Flipside Gaming reserves the right to change this in the future, provided it is made clear within this policy. 

    Refunds (if applicable)

    Returns

    Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email that we received your return, and of your approval statue.

    If you are approved, your refund will be processed within 1-2 business days. A credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 3-5 business days, or longer depending on your bank / payment method.

    Price Matching

    Flipside Gaming will not price match any other retailer. If flipsidegaming.com lowers the price of an item, you may request a partial refund for the difference in price, provided your order has not been shipped. Once your order has been shipped, we will not accommodate any partial refund requests for price drops.

    Pre-Order Refunds (if applicable)
    You may request to cancel any pre order before the ship date for a full refund by hitting the cancel button next to your order, located in your customer profile. If you do not have a customer profile or cannot find the order you wish to cancel, you may also contact us via our Online Support Form and selecting Online Support. If flipsidegaming.com lowers a pre order price before your order has shipped, you may request a partial refund for the difference by contacting us via our Online Support Form.

    Exchanges
    We only replace items if the product is defective or damaged. We do not accept exchanges based on cosmetic damages. Examples of this are:

    • --Small rips/tears in the shrink wrap or outer box

    • --Dents, under half an inch, to the corners of a box

    • --Slight creases and/or bends that do not affect the structural integrity of the box, or the contents within

    Damaged Products

    If you suspect your item is damaged upon delivery, do not open the package. Please use our contact form to reach out to our support team with a brief description of the damage sustained, who may ask for images of the shipping materials. If we conclude that your package needs to be opened for further assessment, we will request you do so then. 

    If you’ve already opened your package and find your product is damaged, do not open the damaged product. Please use our contact form to send us photos of the damaged item, the package it arrived in with the label visible, and a brief description of the damage. 

    Flipside Gaming reserves the right to deny a refund or exchange if the item does not meet our standards for damaged product, or if the product has been opened after delivery. We will deny any damage claim for:

    • --Small rips/tears in the shrink wrap or outer box

    • --Dents, under half an inch, to the corners of a box

    • --Slight creases and/or bends that do not affect the structural integrity of the box, or the contents within

    • --Any item opened after delivery, regardless of the level of damage

    If we conclude that your package is damaged due to the carrier or our error, we will provide you with options for compensation. These options are provided on a case by case basis, and are provided at the discretion of Flipside Gaming. 

    Unless otherwise specified, Flipside Gaming will provide you with a prepaid return label to send back your order. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your return. Buyers will not be compensated for damages until the product is returned and inspected. 

    Approved products, concluded to be sufficiently damaged, will be refunded or exchanged based on an agreement between Flipside Gaming and the buyer. This agreement may be terminated or altered, at Flipside Gaming discretion, if the product received is found to not meet our criteria for damages or appears to be altered / tampered with in any way.

    If a refund is agreed upon, then your refund will be processed after inspection. A credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 3-5 business days, or longer depending on your bank / payment method. 

    If an exchange is agreed upon, we will ship your exchange within 2 business days of inspection. Once your order is shipped, you will be notified and tracking information will be provided via email. 

    Missing Parts / Defective Products

    If you find your product to be defective, depending on the item, you may need to contact the manufacturer directly. Flipside Gaming is not responsible for any manufacturer errors, and will not provide refunds for defective products unless otherwise approved by Flipside Gaming.

    All other defective products sold by Flipside Gaming must be reported to the manufacturer for replacement. If you are unsure who to report your defective product to, or have questions regarding what to report, please contact our Online support team for more information.
