Unfortunately we only offer this service for Pokemon Booster Box Cases at this time.
We do not yet have the ability to offer this service for all cases due to limitations in our online programs and our physical materials, but it is something we are currently working towards.
For MTG pre-orders: Unfortunately only our brick and mortar locations receive promos, and are supplied with just enough to be handed out at store level. Due to this, we are unable to send them with our online orders.
For all other pre-orders: We cannot guarantee anything because are not always given promos, but If we do receive them on time we send them out as we are instructed.
Unfortunately we are unable to change delivery orders to store pickup, or store pickup to delivery.

If you use a ship forwarding service, we are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damages during shipping or delivery.
Yes, we generally ship out any items currently available within 1 business day, and any pre-orders as they release. If you do not see your order shipped within 2 business days, feel free to reach out to our online support so we can look into your order.

We accept returns up to 30 days of delivery, as long as the product is unopened.
If your package arrives damaged, we ask that you reach out to our online support team before opening the box. If you opened your package and find the contents damaged within, please contact our online support for assistance.
We do not accept returns for small cosmetic damage. Examples of this are:
- Small rips/tears in the shrink wrap
- Dents to the corners of under half an inch
- Slight creases and/or bends that does not affect the structural integrity of the box, or the contents within

We ship with USPS and UPS. The standard ground shipping usually takes 3-5 business days, but delays can occur do to holidays, weather, and a verity of other issues.
