'As Power Level Analyzer enters the battlefield, you and target opponent each secretly choose a number between 1 and 10, then reveal. Power Level Analyzer enters with a number of +1/+1 counters equal to the distance between the two numbers. If both players chose the same number, put seven +1/+1 counters on Power Level Analyzer instead.
