With no laws to prevent it, many an unscrupulous warlord or gang-boss has turned to bio-mutation to create a small army of brutes. True, most of these poor souls lack the intelligence to use complicated weapons like firearms, but their huge muscles and ability to sustain horrendous wounds before falling make them a useful addition to small fighting forces.
