No, pre-orders won’t guarantee early access to a game. Although we cannot give an exact shipping date, we usually start shipping our preorders a few days before pre-release so they reach our customers as close to prerelease date as we can reasonably achieve.

If you cancel before the official release date, we will provide a refund. You also have 30 days from the date of shipping to return any unused product that is still in its original packaging. Please reach out to our team to start the cancellation process.

Yes, typically Collector Booster Boxes and Bundles sell out since we only have a limited number of these items we can offer for pre-sale. Generally, Play Booster Boxes and Commander Decks will be available for a longer window after their official release. Once the preorders are sold out, we don't usually restock until after the release date.
