The numbers indicate the set number, while the letters refer to the card rarity. These include (C) Common, (U) Uncommon, (R) Rare, (LR) and Legend Rare. There are also a few enhanced rarity indicators, like (U+) Uncommon Alternate Art, (C+) Foil Common, (C++) Gold Foil Common, (R+) Rare Alternate Art, (LR+) Legend Rare Alternate Art, and (LR++) Limited Legend Rare Alternate Art.

The original four Gundam starter decks include Heroic Beginnings, Wings of Advance, Zeon’s Rush, and SEED Strike. Heroic Beginnings is a Blue and White deck that offers flexible, well-rounded play. Wings of Advance is a Green and Blue deck that prioritizes a strategic approach through resource management. Zeon’s Rush is a Red and Green deck that focuses on an aggressive strategy by deploying low-cost units to overwhelm opponents through numbers. Finally, SEED Strike is a White and Red deck that helps you avoid damaging your own units by returning enemy units to their hand.
