Flipside Gaming generally Ships orders on the next business day, buyers will receive an automatically generated shipping confirmation email when their order ships, which will include tracking information if the selected shipping service includes it.
SECTION 1 - DOMESTIC
Orders Placed using the “Free TCG Singles Shipping” Option may be sent in plain white envelopes without Tracking.
Orders Placed using the “First Class Package” Option will be shipped USPS First Class with Tracking.
Orders placed using the “Free Shipping on Orders over $100” option will be sent using a tracked shipping method at the discretion of Flipside Gaming, depending on the specifics of the order contents.
Orders Placed for a specific shipping option such as “Priority Mail,” “Priority Mail Express,” “UPS Ground” etc. will be shipped using that shipping method, rates are calculated at checkout based on destination.
SECTION 2 - INTERNATIONAL
Buyers are responsible for paying any Customs, Duties, Fees, or Import Taxes associated with your shipment, please check your local customs office for more information on if any such Duties exist for your country. Flipside Gaming will provide full and accurate customs information and will asses product value to be the purchase price and declare it as such, in accordance with US law.
Shipping Rates are calculated at checkout and based on the specific shipping service requested and destination country.
Depending on the destination country postal system, tracking information may be unavailable once your package leaves the possession of the USPS.
SECTION 3 - DIGITAL GOOD (Pokemon TCG Online Codes etc.)
Pokemon Codes are sent via email on the Next Business Day, please ensure your email address submitted with your order is Valid.
